Our NUCCA assessment is a precise and thorough process focused on your individual misalignment. We perform objective posture evaluations and utilize digital x-ray imaging to create a three-dimensional map of your upper cervical spine. These precise measurements allow us to understand the exact nature of your imbalance, ensuring that every step of your care is gentle, and custom to you.

A Gentle Approach

NUCCA adjustments are fundamentally different. There is no twisting, cracking, or forceful popping of the spine. Instead, you will feel a very light, steady pressure behind your ear as we gently guide the atlas vertebra back into its proper position. Many patients find the process so subtle they wonder if anything happened at all until they stand up and feel the immediate shift in their balance. Following your adjustment, it is normal to feel a sense of warmth or slight change in muscle tone as your body begins to adapt to its new, healthy alignment.
